EverNote #11 : What was the maximum EverNote offered in terms of storage capacity?

Evernote has never strictly limited your total account storage capacity in terms of a specific gigabyte cap for paid users. Instead, they control storage through monthly upload limits and individual note size limits. [1, 2, 3] 

Here are the maximums Evernote has offered:

1. Total Account Storage

* "Unlimited" (Theoretically): Paid tiers—previously Personal and Professional, now the Advanced plan—offer "unlimited" total storage.

* The Practical Limit: Since you are capped by how much you can upload each month, your "total" storage is effectively limited by how many years you've been a member.

* Note Count Cap: There is a hard limit of 150,000 notes for paid accounts. If every note was at the maximum size (200MB), your total storage would be roughly 30TB. [2, 4, 5, 6, 7] 

2. Monthly Upload Limits (The "Speed" of Storage) [8, 9, 10] 

This is the most important limit. Once you hit it, you cannot add more data until the next 30-day cycle: [11] 

* Professional/Advanced Plans: 20GB per month.

* Personal Plan (Legacy): 10GB per month.

* Free Plan: 250MB per month (recently increased from 60MB). [2, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16] 

3. Individual Note Size Limit

This is the maximum size a single "container" (one note) can hold: [7] 

* Current Maximum: 200MB per note across all current paid and free plans.

* Historical Context: This has grown significantly over time; it was once capped at 25MB and then 50MB for free/basic users. [2, 17, 18, 19, 20]
