Classical Arabic of the Prophet Muhammad's era (1400 years ago/ 550 AD), only had 3 vowels, A, I, U , with short and long distinction. Keep this in mind , #2.
Practically all modern dialects of Arabic have at least 4 vowels (a i u e) and some have 5 vowels (a i u e o).
Generally speaking, however, modern Arabic has around 6 vowels : 3 short vowels: a, i and u. And 3 long vowels: aa, ii and uu. Meaning that the Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) sound system consists of six vowel phonemes, with three being “long” and three being “short”. The difference between the two is not in their quality but in the length of time that they are held. Please refer to #2 above.

In Classical Arabic and MSA, there is no O vowel. There is no E vowel.
MSA also has 28 letters/ phonemes. All phonemes contrast between "emphatic" (pharyngealized) consonants and non-emphatic ones. In other words, modern Arabic had 28 letters, 27 are consonants, only 1 is a consonant but is treated as a vowel : A , Aliph.

The lack of vowels in Arabic, ancient and classical and modern, makes the language more ambiguous ... vowels are only used to emphasize a noun or an adjective.

The Arabic of 4000 to 3000 years ago, that is 2000 BC to 1000 BC, long before the era of Jesus, had only 2 vowels, A (aliph) and I.
The so-called "hebrews" took ARAMAIC, and stole it essentially, and RENAMED it HEBREW ... compare ARAMAIC to
